Founded in the early 1990s by Dr. Gabriele Rosa — cardiologist and athletics coach — Rosa Associati was born from a simple but radical idea: applying the rigour of sports medicine and scientific training to the management and development of élite athletes.
Over three decades, the agency has grown into a global institution. From the red dirt tracks of the Kenyan Rift Valley to the finish line of the New York City Marathon, the Rosa Associati method has produced six world records and over 1,000 international marathon victories.
Today, Rosa Associati operates on five continents, managing more than 200 élite athletes, running discovery programs in East Africa, and offering corporate wellbeing services inspired by the champions' training methodology.
